Aamir Khan showcased the story of lesser-known Bihar's 'Mountain Man' Dasrath Manjhi on his much-popular television show 'Satyamev Jayate' - Season 2. The actor apparently even assured his family to provide a financial aid, but seems like things got worse because of Aamir's assurance! Wondering what horrible happened?
Well, our Mr. Perfectionist has reportedly disappointed the poverty-stricken family of Bihar's 'Mountain Man' Dasrath Manjhi, as neither did he provide financial help to them nor send his team to inquire about their requirements. And thus his son Bhagirath is sad and pained after he failed to save his wife Basanti Devi, who died due to lack of medical care last month.
What's more? Bhagirath said that he managed to perform 'shradh' due to financial help provided by Bodh Gaya-based Charitable Trust, and not because of Aamir Khan, who proved himself like political leaders.
Well it's indeed sad news for all those Aamir Khan's fans, and we hope the family of Mountain Man gets abundant help from every corner.
